Shipping policy
PACKAGING:
All models of the CHEVAL FIRENZE line have the authenticity tag of the brand and the manufacturing material, they are packaged inside personalized dust bags and inserted inside boxes to protect them during shipping.

SHIPPING COST:
Standard Italy: FREE SHIPPING
RECEIVING THE ORDER:
You will receive the order at the address you entered in the Account registration.
ORDER DELIVERY TIMES:
Standard Italy: 1-2 working days
(3 to 5 working days for Sardinia, Sicily and Islands and disadvantaged areas)
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 5-7 working days
CHECK ORDER STATUS:
After placing an order you will receive an email from ordini@chevalfirenze.com with confirmation of payment.
At the time of shipment you will receive an email from the courier who handled your shipment with the Tracking code to be entered directly on the website of the relevant courier, or on the general website Trackingmore.com.
Delays caused by force majeure (for example, earthquakes, weather events, strikes, etc.) are not attributable to Cheval Firenze.
Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed starting from the next working day. We also ask our Customers to note that the preparation and shipping process may take longer during holidays.
By signing for delivery, responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer.
The person who signs, in fact, confirms receipt of the delivery of the package and is responsible for the package itself.
